If your product is eligible for the refund then you can contact us or the shop owner for more details. The refund may or may not include the shipping fee along with your returned product amount. The refunds payment gateway will depend upon the ease of the buyer and seller. Each store owner may have refund policy varying from other but the Team of Pak China Market strongly recommend our store owners to use customer friendly refund policies. If any store owner is found to be fraudulent or not paying refunds then a strong legal action may also be taken against the one and will be removed from our marketplace without any prior warning. The time required to refund may vary depending on the method you’ve selected but we recommend store owners to not delay the refunds more than 15 days.
